I cannot update my T1. I have tried all the prescribed procedures without success for weeks. Is there an authorized Bose rep/tech that I can send it to to update it for me.? Thanks.

Thank you for your post, sorry to hear you're having this problem. I recommend contacting Bose's Pro Portable team on 877 335 2673. A member of their tech support team should be able to guide you through the process in real time, and discuss the available service options with you if necessary.
