No sound from F1 Subwoofer

What environment do you experience the issue in?


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Worked fine for the last 4/5 years then stopped working recently

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Have tired using with different sources, different cables and in both input 1 and input 2


Have had a pair of F1 Subwoofers with the 812’s for 4/5 years now and always wired perfectly fine.

Just recently one for the subs has stopped working, the signal light illuminates to show that it’s still receiving a signal but there’s no sound.

Have replaced with a new one now however wondered if anyone had any ideas to try to get this one back working too?

Welcome to the Bose forum! Thank you for posting.

If you've tried switching audio sources and cables, and the same 812 is working fine with the new sub. this sounds like hardware failure in the original F1. I recommend contacting the Bose Pro support team directly for more information on the available service options.
