Noise on power on and off of new L1 Model II system with T4 Tonematch Mixer

I used to own a L1MII with the T1 and B1. Used it for years and years. Sold it  a year or so ago, and then ended up buying a new one. L1MII with B1 and the new T4 Mixer.

Sounds great, as always, perhaps a bit tighter sounding, great reverb.

Anyways, I hook everything up as I always have, plug everything together then turn on wall power > Base Power> T4 Power.

When I turn on the base power, before I can even get to the mixer, there is a POP through the tower and sub.  Same type of noise you get when you turn on a power amp and speaker, with the amp turned up.

When turning off , I turn off the mixer first, then the base, sure enough a pop.  It can be loud enough to cause audience concern in a quiet room.

Never happened with the old system.

I’ve always turned on the L1 base as the last thing after everything else was turned on, then turned off the base as the first thing when powering down.

Mixer first then Base (Amps)

Power down

Base (Amp) first then Mixer
