Hopefully I'm not missing a thread already started, but I could use some help.
I just purchased the L1 Pro8 and it has phantom power that works on both channels at the same time, can't turn one or the other off..both on anytime the switch is on. Now if I use channel one for a condenser mic that needs phantom power. Can I still use channel 2 with the instrument jack for my guitar without burning something out?
I'd love to hear from Bose themselves as to the actual answer..wasn't really looking for guesses, as I guess it won't myself, but I'd rather know for certain.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to using the new system.

Yes that's exactly what I was looking for.
