The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Please visit our support homepage to experience one of our many other digital service channels or simply use your Community log-in credentials to sign in to your My Bose Account to view your orders and view support options.

Thank you to all who have contributed and benefited from interacting in our Community. We look forward to continuing to serve you online.

Rechargeable Bluetooth ToneMatch Mixers?

It would have been great if Bose was to have made the latest ToneMatch mixers as portable as the S1.  It could be a great family of portable products allowing great ease and flexibility for "remote" performing.

Just think, a T8 streaming stereo bluetooth to your pair of S1's, where an entire ensemble could be plugged into.

Is this in the works?

Thanks,

John.

Re: Rechargeable Bluetooth ToneMatch Mixers?

That would be great. My short-term solution has been to use a Behringer Xenix 1002B battery powered mixer, with great success. This setup does not benefit from the ToneMatch, but with the tonal controls of the mixer and the active preamp DI boxes. I run 3 microphones, 1 U-Bass and 3 other acoustic electric instruments through it. The mixer uses 3 9V batteries and I use rechargeable NiMH batteries in the mixer and the active preamp DI boxes.

Re: Rechargeable Bluetooth ToneMatch Mixers?

There is no reverb on this mixer. When you connect it to the s1 pro does that provide your reverb?

Re: Rechargeable Bluetooth ToneMatch Mixers?

I would think so, but it would be for the entire mix and be able control it for individual tracks. Not the end of the world, but somewhat limited. I’ve used a Behringer 1202FX mixer that has reverb, but it requires power.

Re: Rechargeable Bluetooth ToneMatch Mixers?

If I used channels 1 or 2 on the Bose S1 Pro, that would add reverb to the entire mix. The Behringer Xenix 1002B does not have onboard reverb.
