S1 Pro Backpack for Australia

Hi All

Im trying to load details onto the website to redeem my backpack. 

Asia Pacific can claim for purchases up until Sunday 1St July.  

Site loads ok but Australia is not listed in countries. Therefore I cannot compete the online form. 

Any other Australians experiencing this issue?  

Who can I contact?

Hi Eric,

Not anymore, as ST mentioned above, you can now claim your S1 Pro Backpack, with Australia appearing in the "Country" section too. I've done it on the 1st of July and now waiting patiently as it suppose to take 8-12 weeks for delivery...

I have been told stocks have not even arrived in Aus yet ! ( as of 9-julk-18)

I have dealt with 
Bose Australia since mid June.

Not real happy at all !!!

As when i called on 20 june 2018 , they told me by july 4 stock should arrive in Aus and they will post 1 one out to me in Perth on the 5th of July.

Since then , i followed up with emails and phone calls but with no luck.

All Bose customer service staffs here could not even confirm that they have stock in nor whether it has been posted out to me yet !! 2 very simple questions arent they ??!! 

All they kept saying to me is i will get it within 12 weeks.

How could i plan my travel with the s1 pro ???

Really frustrating .

Thanks Everyone. 

I figured it might be a glitch so I tried again Monday 2nd July. It worked OK. Loving the S1 just waiting for battery and now my backpack to truly Go Bush where no L1 M11 has gone before.

@Eric SA I couldn’t resist, once you have your S1 all set, we’d love to see pictures of when you go into the bush! That would make for a fantastic marketing pic for Bose too I’d expect! ??

S1 Pro BackPack , this pack is awesome , it is really comfortable to wear , the top compartment is big enough to fit a lot of gear in , well made and makes the lug in and out a lot easier !
