S1 Pro Battery included and S1 Pro Backpack for early adopters. May 10 2018

May 10th is the key date - the date Sweetwater called me up saying they just gat a call telling them we can get a free backpack. They know by serial number and purchase date.

I was told by Sweetwater those who purchased one and did not get a battery will get a free backpack, all new orders from may 10? will get a battery. I am not sure about the either or thing, choice of getting one or the other.

The free backpack offer is for owners of S1 Pro Systems purchased May 9, 2018, or prior.

We'll determine whether or not you qualify for the free backpack by the serial number of your S1 Pro.

Even if you don't think you'll use the battery, if you're eyeing the backpack, you will be glad you the battery is included with units available now.

If that's accurate, Bose should make it clear on the page with the above link since those of us who would order online can't fill out the form until the S1 arrives and wouldn't know that one with the free battery is not eligible for the free backpack.  The Bose page simply doesn't say that.

Looking at the bose free backpack page, I would assume it applies to ALL S1s purchased in 2018.  The page needs clarification.

You should make the purchase dates clear on the free back pack page.  I almost bought an S1 after seeing that page thinking I'd get both battery and backpack.  Glad I didn't order.

I note that I can put today's date in the free backpack form.  Or tomorrow's. The page should state that it only applies to S1s purchased before May 10, 2018.
