Thank you all for sending updates, it sounds very promising. I have the same problem with both my S1 Pros
Please update your S1 Pro systems to the latest firmware. (follow the link).
If you still have concerns, please contact Bose Support.

but did not bother sending them back to Bose as they will just replace it with refurbished ones.
