Let's use this topic to capture our ideas for feature requests for the S1 Pro system.
Tell us what you would like to see added, and why.
We can't promise that Bose will acknowledge or act on every request, but you can be sure that they are following this discussion closely.
ST
Make S1 Pro capable of handling low end content as well as the L1 Compact.
The inspiration for this request is in @jdbassentertainment.com's discussion:
Provide a foot switch to disable the reverb on Channels 1 and 2.
The inspiration for this request is in @theonemanband's discussion:
Use the light on the front of the S1 Pro to indicate if any of the channels are clipping or the system limiters are active. This is similar to what you do with the F1 Model 812 and F1 Subwoofer.
ST
Phantom power on channels 1 and 2. I'd like to use the same microphone (phantom powered) on all my Bose systems.
ST
get a battery phantom power denecke ps-1a. single phantom power. be sure to either reverse the batteries when done or easily remove them. great buy! clean sound
I would like to see a party mode/stereo mode app like they have for the
revolve + when connected to bluetooth. It would be a nice option to have a
bigger (than the Revolve+) Bose sound around camp fires , beach
parties, pool parties or just listening to a nice stereo mix in the living room.
We just received our brand new Bose S1, ordered through Guutar Center, and used it daily for one week.

I know they tried to keep it simple for ease of use and price point, but; I'll second the phantom power.
And ...............
I'd like to see both the Compact and the S1 Pro with three full channels and the Bluetooth / 1/8 inch. I also like the RCA record outputs on the Compact, that would be nice to see on the S1 Pro.
Even as a solo act, I almost always use at least three channels when using the Model II / T1. It would be nice to have that capacity on all the systems.
O..
If we are requesting things that are not there... in that case I wouldn't mind an Eq on channel three... especially if they are not going to fix the port noise distortion issue... this way while playing a song via Bluetooth you could turn down the bass a little on certain songs that have this type of bass with out turning down the overall volume.
