Hi I'm using the s1 pro for vocals and acoustic guitar,   signal 1 is considerably louder than signal 2, I've tried the mic and guitar the other way round what evers pluged into signal 2 is a lot quieter,  the blue tooth channel works as it should.  So basically signal 1 and the bluetooth channel are very loud,  channel 2 is not very loud,

Hi Mirrorcarp,

I'm not sure how long you've had it, but the warranty is 2 years on the S1 Pro.  I would contact Bose Support for more in depth troubleshooting and possibly a replacement and/or repair.

Re: S1 pro signal 2 low volume

Thanks for the replies,  I've had the s1 over 3 years.. only used it for playing music through the bluetooth,  it was only recently that I plugged a guitar and mic into it and realized the difference in volume,  I'll have to find somewhere near to   oxford UK  to mabye fix it.  If not ill still use it as a bluetooth speaker.
