static noise when connected though aux and xlr.

as soon as aux or xlr (channel 1 or 2), I can hear static noise

Theatre room

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

New owner

Any troubleshooting steps you took

- tried with diff xlr and 3.5mm 

- connect to the same outlet

- power from ps audio p10

- reset s1 as describe in Bose support

- fw updated.
