Shipping Instructions

One of my Bose L1/B1 systems is about 5 years old. It has stopped working completely. The fuse is not blown, but the power LED does not light. If I switch on the phantom power on channels 1 & 2, they blink red.
Are there instructions somewhere on shipping the L1 power base back to Bose for service?
Are there any recommended/suggested shippers?

We're sorry to hear about your issue with your L1 System! As far as shipping, you can use any method you like. We do recommend UPS or FedEx as they provide a tracking number and set shipping times. (We use UPS on the return shipping back to you.)Please give us a call direct @ 877-335-2673 to obtain service for this issue as all of our L1 products are factory serviceable only.
