Hi,

 

I need details for the UK bose contact centre,

 

Ive been trying all week & Ive been passed from call centre to centre trying to get replacement knobs for my bose T1 mixer

(saying they dont deal with uk parts)

 

please help,

Every time I call the team say they only deal with U.S parts.  The take my number they the sat the team will call me.  No call.  

one evening while on the chat option one of the agents said he send me the replacement knobs out and he’d email me.  

no email. And still no knobs.   It’s a strange process.

Based in N.ireland, 

 

I managed to get through to a call agent,  they assured me id have replacements by Monday 13th sept,  still nothing,  a £50 extra on my telephone bill trying to contact them again,   

 

this is the 1st negative experience I've had with Bose,   normally they are super efficient, 

 

please advise,

Just of the telephone to Josh abs the team

 

explained that what happened my order and has the replacement knobs on the way to me. 

Mistakes happen from time to time. but the team at bose alway come through!!
