UPS. THE WORST!!!

so I order Bose Pro16 and UPS has things so messed up that I am just canceling this order.  

i am sitting around all day wondering what time my expedited package I paid extra shipping on might attive rather than sit around all day waiting like a moron

 

UPS makes you register to get that info 

when I did- it said i needed to verify address and when I did that and verified exactly the address they already had - it said I created a change of address

 

called bose and UPS and guy from ups station sqid it was put on the wrong truck for delivery- would call back- nothing

 

 Bose doesnt seem to concerned that I am just cancelling this whole f-ed up situation.  If they dont care about losing my business- I do t either. Goodbye Bose
