USB media attached but no files/folders shown

Dear support.

A client is reporting an issue with a T4S, he had a 8GB HP USB drive that he used to play music on the T4S with no problem. Last week he has lost said drive and bought another HP USB drive of 32GB, he plugs the drive, "Media attached" message is displayed on the mixer but no files or folders are shown, he tested 4 more drives(from 4gb to 16gb capacity and different manufacturers) and one of those worked.

Is there a special requirement for a USB drive to work on the T4S?

in the manual only says USB 2.0 or 3.0.

Is there a max storage size or any other requirement?

gonna try to change the Partition style, because that and the capacity is the only difference between the two.
