Its signal all the time on my new S1 on channel one.
Do I do something wrong or is it my unit that is broken?

I can't identify the issue from your brief description. Please tell us more about what is happening.
Thanks for telling us more about the problem. It sounds like there is a problem with the S1 Pro. Channels 1 should operate the same way as channel 2. Please call Bose Support, and they will help you.
