blank screen

hi , i just updated my firmware on bose t8s mixer and now when i turn it on i sometimes get a blank screen , when i turn off and on it fixes it after a couple of tries, but this is worrying though, is there any solutions ,everything was fine prior the update .

There's one final step in the firmware update process, the T8S factory reset.  If you haven't done that, please do it now.

BUT backup any presets / scenes you created first, then one factory reset is done re-import them.

did the factory reset and a blank screen still comes up sometimes

Or

If you have just purchased your T8S, please exchange it for a new unit at the Bose dealer where you got it.
