no sound

i have 2 L1 model 2's with T1 and Subs...   I have one bottom unit (that holds the towers) k  it is on...shows up on the T1,  but there is no sound...the towers are good, the cords are good,  it is just the bottom...  what will I need to replace in that unit,  how much,  and where can it be done...   I live in southern MN
