"Corrupted" Audio when connecting from iPad to T8S over USB

I regularly use the USB audio on the T1 to play backing tracks onto the L1 Model 1S. At times the audio would start to corrupt, but that was infrequent and easily fixed by unplugging and reinserting the USB or turning off the T1 and turning it back on.

 

The T8S has a greater tendency to do this and I do not want to be forced to use an audio feed vs. the USB. Are you familiar with this issue and do you have any suggestions on how to work around it?

Have you updated the firmware on your T8S?

I have updated the firmware. Is there another file to update the presets and scenes? There is a scene called "full band" that has only "utility" set up and should have some mic's, bass, kick drum, etc?

I have updated the firmware and it is working correctly now - thanks! I'm looking for the Scenes - to fix the "Full Band" which is just all set to "Utility." 

 

Please let me know if there is a factory scene to base my user scenes on.

Hello jamesh,

Did you do the T8S Factory Reset

That's the last step in the firmware update and it should restore the Bose Scenes.
