spare parts

Hi again , The one issue and the only issue I have with Bose is obtain spare parts. One of the used 502bps has bad driver. Where I live is more that 4 hours drive from an authorised Bose repair place. I called them to see if they would send me up a new driver, but was told they are not allowed to. They want me to get the speaker to them, leave it there, then I need to come back and pick it up. Id love to see a change in this where professional users have access to parts, so we can keep our systems running properly. Replacing a driver in a 502Bp is about a 15 min job for me..if I could get hold of a driver. Any suggestions?

I'm afraid that the Australian service center is the only authorized location that services the 502BP. Pro parts are not sold directly.
