I'n sorry to hear that your charging cable is not working here and would be happy to look into this for you 😊.
The SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker III is covered by a limited 1 or 2 year warranty, depending on your country/region. This is usually 2 years for the EU/UK, and 1 year elsewhere.
Even if you're outside of the warranty, we do still sell the power supplies and cables for this system, as well as offer service to the system itself, although we cannot do this free of charge.
Whether you're in warranty or out of warranty, you can get hold of the cable(s) or service options you need from your local support. You can reach them by clicking here, selecting your country/region, then navigating to "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page if needed.
