Firstly, can you please let us know if this issue persists with all devices or just one Bluetooth device in general? I would also like to know if the speaker is able to connect to any other devices?
Let's start by clearing the Bluetooth pairing list on your speaker by powering on your product and pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for about 10 seconds until you hear a tone. Once this is done please reconnect the device to the speaker.
