My Bose Micro Soundlink won't update and keeps saying the device is disconnected whenever it reaches 10%. I repeated the process 5x already.
Initial problem is that my macbook won't connect to the bluetooth device that's why I'm updating the firmware. Can you help me out?
Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear that you're currently unable to update your firmware.
There are two ways in which you can perform an update. Via the Bose Connect app, the product will notify you if there is an update available to you.
Secondly, you can connect your device to a computer via USB and visit btu.bose.com which will provide you with full instructions on how to proceed.
Please let us know if you have attempted both methods to perform an update.😊
