Bose Revolve soundlink pairs with windows 10 but does not connect

I am sorry that your SoundLink does not appear to be producing audio when connecting to your Windows 10 device.
Has this successfully worked in the past?
Do you get audio when using an AUX connection?
Do you get audio when connecting to other devices?

I used to connect bose speakers before, but these days I am facing issues.
However, my other bluetooth devices are connecting without any issue to Windows 10.
One thing to mention Bose device connect to my android phone bluetooth but not to wndows10.
I will appreciate the solution as quickly as possible.

Thanks for coming back to us!
I would recommend clearing the pairing list of the SoundLink Revolve by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Once complete, clear the pairing on your computer and try connecting like a new connection.
