Re: Bose Soundlink II charging port issue

Hi itbitcomp,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with charging your Soundlink Color II  and I would be happy to help with this.

When you say the charging port has worn out, has the speaker stopped charging? Or are we unable to connect a charger at all?

Also, have we tried connecting any other charging cables? Or connecting to another outlet?

If we can connect to power but are unable to charge, there is more troubleshooting we can try.

If the port will not connect to charging cables anymore at all, I would recommend getting in touch with your local support team, as they will be able to help you resolve this issue. You can find the contact information at this link, by selecting your country/region and then the 'Contact Us' option at the bottom of the page.

Kind Regards,

Re: Bose Soundlink II charging port issue

Hello itbitcomp,

Thanks for confirming.

I am sorry we would not be able to provide you with this part. As mentioned by @Keith_L above, the best option here would be to reach out to your local customer support center and explore the service options for your speaker. You can do this by clicking this link here, selecting your region, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and selecting contact us. If you are in the US or UK you can also reach out via Facebook or Twitter and one of our team can help you there.

Kind Regards,

Vicky W
