Bose Soundlink Mini II Dropped from 2 Feet and Now There is No Low End

I've had my orange Bose Soundlink Micro II for just over 1 year now, and have dropped it a few times without a single issue in audio performance. Yesterday I dropped it 2 feet on asphalt and now the low end is gone, and the volume is nearly muted. At higher volume, it sounds like the speaker is rattling or raspy. Could this be the driver that is broken?

Hey @kukazza, welcome to the Bose Community!

It's unfortunate to hear that your SoundLink Mini II is no longer working due to possible internal damage.

To be sure that the low volume is a result of a hardware problem, I'd recommend giving these troubleshooting steps a go - SoundLink Mini II Low Volume.

Should the volume not return to usual levels, I'd have to recommend that you book in a service request for your speaker. You can do this by reaching out to local customer support.
