Bose Soundlink Revolve Speaker

1) Are there Drivers for the Bose Soundlink Revolve Speaker? If so, where is the link?

2) My MacBookPro used to connect fine to my Bose Soundlink Revolve Speaker. However, now it connects and after about 7 seconds disconnects

3) For this same computer, the Bluetooth connects fine to my Beats product.

4) What can I do to STOP this constant disconnection.

5) I have already removed the Bose Soundlink Revolve from the Bluetooth menu and I allowed the MacBook Pro bluetooth to rediscover it.  However, I have the same problem.   Do I need to update drivers for MacBook Pro (if they exist)?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Bose Community. Sorry to read that you are having some connection issues with your Revolve. 


You can see all updates that are available for your speaker by connecting it to a PC/Mac and visiting our online updater, once on the site please follow the on-screen instructions.


I appreciate you clearing the pairing list for the speaker, I would also recommend that you perform a reset by following these steps below: 

  • Disconnect the power cord
  • Power on your product using battery power
  • Press and hold the Multi-function (•○•) button for 10 seconds until the product lights glow.
