Dear Bose Community
Hi i want to ask why is it my Bose Revolve+ won't charge.
I just bought this speaker for a few months and it works great, but from yesterday it won't charge.
Even though it's been connected to a power outlet.
I don't know why, i've tried to chage it's cable and still not working.
I've tried to reset by searching in the internet.. still no result.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with charging your SoundLink Revolve+, we would love to do what we can in order to get this resolved for you.
Thank you for trying some previous troubleshooting. Can you confirm that you performed a product reset by the following instruction;
Could you also try using a different charging outlet to attempt charging your speaker? What do the LED indicators state on the top of your speaker when you attempt to charge?
