Audio dropping out, sound crackling/popping. Updated to current drivers. Windows 10. Blame COVID-19.
I am ready to return to Costco and buy Sony.
Is there any hope for my Bose Mini?
Seems like a lot of other users having similar symptoms.

Does this only happen when connected to your Windows 10 device? Or with all devices?
Have you tried clearing the pairing list? To do this, hold the Bluetooth button until you hear a tone. Then, delete the speaker from the Bluetooth list on any previously connected device.
If this does not help, please perform a factory reset.
