Can't connect Bose revolve to Input via Bluetooth

I've followed the instruction manual and the suggestions on Amazon, but Alexa app seems not to detect Revolve. Even after resetting the Bluetooth device list. While I can connect them via cable.


What should I do? Both devices are brand new: less than one week.


More specifically I have done:


To connect a Bluetooth speaker to your Echo:

Turn on pairing mode on your Bluetooth speaker. For more information, refer to the user guide for your Bluetooth speaker.
In the Alexa app, select the Devices icon "".
Choose your device.
Select Bluetooth Devices.
Select Pair a New Device.
When a list of available devices appears, select your Bluetooth speaker and follow the instructions on the screen.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some problems connecting your Echo device with your SoundLink Revolve. 


So I would advise the following steps:

Reset the Echo device >> Reset Your Echo Device

Factory reset the SoundLink Revolve by holding the Power button for 10 seconds until the Bluetooth light blinks blue and a voice prompt instructs you to select a language. 

Then try pairing the speakers again. 


Additionally, ensure both devices are running the latest firmware version. For the SoundLink revolve, please visit For the Echo Device, please follow the instructions HERE
