Bought my second Revolve+ today. Was not able to go into Party mode with my older, 2017 edition of Revolve+. It was suggested to download firmware, and it has now been working on that for several hours. My current firmware version is 1.1.6, and the "Transfer firmware" just keeps going from 0-100% and then just starts over.
No changes in the firmware under the product description.
I was wondering, if it would have to transfer one firmware update at a time before displaying the current version?
Any thoughts? Or is there something wrong?
Thanks.
Hi JensDK,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with the firmware update of your Revolve +. I can imagine how frustrating this must be for you and I'll do all I can to assist you.
The transfer part of the update is sent individually.
Updating the Revolve + through the app can take quite a bit of time. I would recommend updating through this LINK HERE for a quicker experience.
If there is anything else we can do for you, please reach out again.

Thank you for the pointer.
However, doing so does not really work, as the upgrade will always halt at 8% and then disconnect.
Any other ideas?
Hi JensDK,
Thanks for updating us on this. I am sorry to hear that your issue isn't yet resolved.
Is this in the App or via the Btu.bose.com updater?
Kind Regards,
Hector B
Downloaded the updater. That causes the problem.
However, right now giving it a go from another computer.
