Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community. I'm sorry to learn you're having difficulty connecting to your Macbook, but I'd be happy to help.


Firstly, could you confirm the Bose product that you have? Also, what troubleshooting have you tried so far to fix things?


Be sure your Macbook iOS is up-to-date, as well as your product firmware on the Bose BTU site HERE. Let me know more and also if things have shown signs of improving!
