Connecting soundlink color 2 to Panasonic tv

Panasonic viera TV allows me to connect via Bluetooth to speaker but it disables the volume control on the speaker. The Bluetooth volume on TV is is at maximum and the sound on the speaker is very low volume and cannot increase volume. Of I use the volume control on the TV it increases the volume on the TV but not on the speaker. Any support is welcome. Just bought speaker today. It is fab with the phones. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that your SoundLink Color II isn't allowing for button presses when connected to your TV. 

Do you experience the same issue when you connect to other devices?

To make you aware, this speaker isn't designed to be connected to a TV.

Thanks Jessie, I have decided to keep the speaker to us with our mobile gadgets which it works brilliantly. My older son has it for years and loves it too.  I agree with you it is not made for TV. So I've given up trying.
