I purchased a bose soundlink mini II (this may have been discontinued a while ago) a few months back. I purchased it in the USA and I am moving to Germany this week for a new job. I would like to take the speaker with me and I was wondering if it has dual voltage or if I need to purchase a transformer?
Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Bose Community. I hope you've enjoyed your SoundLink Mini II speaker so far!
The included power supply with the SoundLink Mini speaker is compatible with 100-240V, 50/60Hz. You will likely need a replacement AC clip from our technical support team, to use in Germany. To get hold of one, reach out to US support to construct an order with an agent.
Let me know how you get on and if you have any further queries!

Hi. I also just purchased this soundlink ii and Im in Malaysia.
Can i know what is the AC clip?
Is there a link to the product photo?
If I do not have the AC clip, what can I use?

@ChwissyChan, thanks for posting and welcome to the forums. The AC Clip is just the plug you use to connect the cable to the wall. 😊
