How to contact BOSE by e-mail ??


I'm user of sleepbud from South Korea.

I join the return the sleepbud process last year.

But, I don't have any message by BOSE.

Thank you for posting on the Bose Community. Sorry to read that you are yet to hear back from the team. 


This isn't something that we can assist with via the community as we don't have access to Bose South Korea's customer support tools. I would recommend that you reach out to them via all of the contact methods listed here
