Sorry to hear that you are not getting any response from your SoundLink Revolve.
Have you tried using an alternate charger? This way we can determine of the speaker or the cable is at fault.
If you still have no response, lets check for any available firmware updates for your speaker. This can be done via a computer using a USB and visiting our firmware update website btu.bose.com, which will provide you with full instructions. If the website does recognise the speaker is connected then we can confirm that your speaker is registering power connectivity.
