Not able to register my new Bose SoundLink Revolve

I am trying to register my new Bose SoundLink Revolve.  I am entering the serial number right off the box and the bottom of my speaker and it keeps saying not valid.  I purchased it from Bose through Amazon.  Any ideas?

Please reach out to local support here, where we can manually register your product - Global Contact Us > Select your country > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Click 'Contact Us'.
