So that I can assist you with this matter further can you please provide me with the following information. 


  • What speaker do you own? If you are unsure of the speaker you own, please use this link to help you identify your product. 
  • Is your product disconnecting to your WiFi or Bluetooth?
  • Are there multiple speakers in your setup? If so how many speakers do you have grouped?
