Downloaded the Bose Connect app on my android phone so that I could rename my Bose Color Soundlink 2 speaker. My phone is fine using the speaker with the new name. However, my laptop no longer recognizes the speaker, and I am unable to pair or connect from my laptop. Any solutions?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with your SoundLink Color II's connectivity. I'll be more than happy to assist you!
I would recommend removing the pairing on to the speaker on your laptop. Once complete, clear the Bluetooth pairing on the speaker by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Then try connecting again.
