Revolve is low when connected to iPhone. Have to restart it each time.

Every time I connect my iPhone 6S to the Revolve speaker via Bluetooth, and I start streaming music either on Spotify or Youtube for example, the volume is really low, although I turn it to max on the phone.  I have to turn off Bluetooth, turn it on again, reconnect the speaker and it would work perfectly.  Anybody knows why this happens?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your SoundLink Revolve speaker. 

 

Have you tried connecting with another device to test for similarities in behavior?

 

My first recommendation would be performing a reset. This can be done by powering the speaker on using battery power. Then press and hold the Multi-function (•○•) button for 10 seconds until the product lights glow. 

 

Additionally, please clear the pairing list by holding the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a tone. Then, delete the SoundLink Revolve from the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone 6s. Now, reconnect and test.
