Smart portable home speaker: music stops and orange LED blinks

I have a new Smart Portable Home Speaker.  I've connected to Alexa and my Spotify account.  Very regularly, the music stops of its own accord and the LED ring flashes orange.  I think this means I have a notification. Is that correct? I've no way of seeing or deleting this if so, to stop the interruption of the music. Thanks for any help!

Yes, this orange LED would indicate you have A notification from Alexa, if you visit the Alexa app here you can check your notifications. Do let us know if this shows any sign of improvements.
