SoundLink II Mini works intermittently with BlueJeans

I have a SoundLink Mini II.   I use it successfuly with both my iPhone and HP laptop computer.   However, it works intermittently with BlueJeans on my laptop.   I see two different devices available in Blue Jeans - Speakers (Bose Mini II Soundlink Stereo) and Headset Earphone (Bose Mini II Soundlink Handsfree).  The first one works fine but the other one is always silent.  Sometimes I can choose between them but one has higher quality than the other.  I can't get it to work consistently.   I have cleared the BT list, updated the firmware, etc. but I still get intermittent failures.
