SoundLink® Mini Bluetooth® speaker II

I am using the macbook and updated to latest OS version : MacOS BIG SUR.

 

now speaker is conencting and within few seconds disconencting.

 

Tried all options 

- flush the data from Speaker

- Flush the list from Macbook

- reboot speaker and Mac

 

However, still same.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your SoundLink Mini II following the Big Sur update. I'll be happy to help!

 

Have you cleared the pairing list on speaker? You can do this by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. Once Complete, delete the pairing on your Mac and then reconnect like a new connection.
