SoundLink Revolve+ with tripod: what's the use case?

I have the SoundLink Revolve + and I use it in my showers; but what's the use case for mounting it on a tripod? it sounds interesting though.

It just increases where you can use it.  You may have a garden party with that on a stand so it doesn't take up table space.

But it doesn't have to be a traditional tripod either.  There are camera mounts that you can wrap around a post or stabilise the camera in a tree.  Most of these should support the speaker too (just be wary of cheep ones that don't grip well 🙂 )
