I have a Soundlink Micro that is not pairing with my cell phone. I tried a different one and also didn't work.
I tried to update its firmware (showing 1.1.13 on the updater) but it always starts and stops at 10%, then a message appear saying that the connection was lost.... it continue trying but always lose connection.
Has nothing else to do, I've been trying for 3 hours without success. I am realy disappointed with the product.

I'm sorry to hear your SoundLink Micro is not pairing with your smartphone.
With regard to the pairing, I would recommend trying going into your phone's settings, then go to Bluetooth, locate the SoundLink Micro, then tap either the ( i ) (if you're using an iPhone) or the cog icon (if you are using Android.) then forget the device.
On the SoundLink Micro, please power the speaker on, then press and hold the Bluetooth button for around 10 seconds to clear the paired device list. When the speaker's LED pulses Blue, you should be able to establish a new connection to your device.

It is not possible to do that because the soundlink micro does not appear on the device's bluetooth list. No mather the device, I have tried 3.
And I have already reseted the bluetooth list on the soundlink micro, and it doesn't work too.
Any other suggestion?
