Soundlink Mini || Battery Icon Flashes Yellow for Weeks now, Battery at 90%

My one-year-old Soundlink Mini II has been flashing yellow for weeks now.  When I turn it on, it says the battery is at 90%.

 

I have unplugged it and plugged it back in, and I can hear usual beeps.

 

What else can I do?

Hi WoofGrr, Thank you for taking the time to post regarding your SoundLink Mini II. I can imagine that this must be quite frustrating for you and I will do all I can to assist you!

 

Can you tell me if your SoundLink Mini II is still able to produce audio?

 

I would recommend trying an update on the system. To do this, visit the LINK HERE on a laptop or PC and follow the on-screen instructions.
