I'm sorry that you're having problems with your SoundLink Mini II powering on.
Does it still power on when attached to power or not at all?
Do you see any LEDs at all?

I did answer the questions; but here:
The Manual link you sent is for a speaker with 6-7? buttons on top, including mute. Mine has only 5 buttons, no mute - a Soundlink mini ii speaker.
Can you please send a link to the manual for my speaker? And please help me get the pairing button - far right- to activate?
My apologies, it would appear I have sent you the manual to the first series of the SoundLink Mini! You can find the manual to the SoundLink Mini II here.
Can you please put your speaker into Ship Mode. You can do this via the following instruction;
Following this, please charge your speaker for 1 hour. After charging, wake the product from Ship mode, to do this, connect it to an AC (mains) outlet.
Please let us know how you get on.
I've done the re-charge per directions above; still the green power-on lite is on, but NO BLUE LIGHT for BT on the right. My iPhone cannot pair with the speaker. I've gotten the packaging material out of the re-cycling - am I ready to return the product? Or do I go to service and repairs? OR???
Do you have an AUX connected at all as this would disable the Bluetooth connection?
Also, does the speaker now stay on without being connected to the charger?
