Soundlink Revolve 3.0.4 fiasco costs Bose thousands in lost sales

Several months ago, I updated my Soundlink firmware from 1.5 to 3.0.4, which has utterly ruined it. I enjoyed having the Soundlink when traveling internationally with my laptop so I could enjoy movies and music when abroad. I purchased mine in 2017.

Due to the Bose team's apathetic response to its customers for almost a year (reference: https://community.bose.com/t5/Portable/Soundlink-Revolve-3-0-4-update-ruined-sound-quality/td-p/2319...), I've chosen to spend $3K on a Klipsch Reference setup for home use. That's $3K that Bose lost from me, all because of their timid response to users requesting for months to be able to rollback their firmware on the Soundlink. I have three other Bose products, this was my last.

C'est la vie, Bose.
