Volume control does not work. The current volume is very low and stays at the same volume when I slowly turn the volume control button clockwise.
I know the cords are correctly plugged into the back of the speaker, but I'm not sure about the correct speaker settings in back of my desktop computer. Is it the blue or green port? Or somewhere else. Presently, all I'm getting is sound from my computer, but it's too low.
That sounds like a pain! To confirm, you should be using the green port on the back of your computer - this is usually the connected headphone/speaker port.
What I'd suggest also is to disconnect the system from power for two minutes and then see afterwards if the volume control is working for you. Let me know how things go!
