I super frustrated with my SoundLink Revolve. It has its own life and keeps turning on during night time, connects and disconnects at its own will, it make my laptop (Windown 10) stutter while streaming. It is extremely frustrating that I have to waste my time to try to figure this kind of stuff out. It has an excellent sound but I wish I had purchased the UE Boom.
how can i get my money back to put toward something else?

I will be happy to assist with troubleshooting. At some point Bluetooth on any device can have issues. The best thing to do is to clear the Bluetooth connections on the devices.
This acts like a reboot and refreshes the Bluetooth, allowing it to perform at its best.
